~Katie410:After * weeks we are still waiting for an auto refill for * Meds for my husband. Rejections because "addresses don't match" etc. our physician asst gave up after * tries. I allied * times, and by the time I was done , calls lasted ** minutes each (and did no good). I was told to tape the scrips to a piece of paper and FAX it. Our FAX center refused saying it would gum up their machine. I wrote their CEO a week ago*no help. Inept, uncaring, unprofessional. Plus if you get a new Rx you have to fill it locally which may cost over $***.
