I asked, "oh, was the location I'm refering to a franchise location or something like that?" He responded "I don't have to give you any of that information. You have the call the number I just gave you." I asked "Oh, are you a customer service rep for a franchise location?" (thinking I may be calling regarding a corporate store) He responded again "I don't have to tell you that." and hung up on me. Absolutely unbelievable experience.
