~Disgusted:Was under the inpression I was booked for a BA flight. The print out and flight number and every where else said British Airways to find out that the flight is American Airlines---indicated in one place in tiny print. Did not want to fly this airline would have complained sooner had I known.*British Airlines should have indicated in bold letters and throughout the print out the flight is American. This is not Customer Service but duplistic. Manager? was of no help other than to offer a $*,***.** upgrade and was condecending.*In addition there were long pauses between CS person and the Manager, further delay tactic. This all needs to be further addressed by upper management.
