~lynn：Borders customer service has been the worst I have experienced in a long time. I was supposed to receive an order in ** days, in time for Christmas, ** days later it still hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service and after waiting ** minutes, I was able to speak with someone with little command of the English language. She reordered the book for me which was to be sent Fed Ex in * days. It is now the **nd and it still has not arrived, I spoke with another customer service agent who again had little English speaking skills, who assured me it should have arrived by now. I am now on hold again to attempt to get this book by Christmas. Buyer beware, do not order anything from Borders!!!!!
