GetHuman-meserv: because the website wont let me use my new BOOST phone, & i CANT call because my other phone broke

GetHuman-meserv: now i don't have a phone, because boost customer service is absolutely horrible, just like their phones. & they dont offer a live chat, to resolve any issues immediately. but they sure do continue charging you for service, even when you don't have a phone!
