I had to read a customer blog about keep hitting * over and over to get to a representative. Very frustrating and was told I needed to call from another phone when I have a problem again. And why when you check out Boosts coverage area all the towns for miles are marked as areas covered but I was told that if I go to the next zipcode I should accept issues because Im using my phone in another zipcode. Wtf.
