I am SHOCKED by your policies and the lack of compassion for your customers. I have bought a lot of furniture from you in the past, for myself and my children. NEVER AGAIN ! You need to change your policies and you have lost my business. I will NEVER recommend you again. I do expect a response and I insist on a refund.
