~nancy:I absolutely hate getting foreign customer service people!! They do not understand any question there is not a script for. I cannot communicate with them. How do I get an American?? Plus, the answers are horrible - I cannot get all my bills paid through bluebird. It used to work fine, and all of a sudden it won't take my payees, it doesn't pay them and doesn't inform me, and other payees just won't go through past the review. Where can I get real assistance?
