Their address book is not working, there is no SUBMIT button to put addresses for receipt of card and no help on this topic. Have tried on multiple computers and the same problem. Even tired to copy and paste multiple emails and it will not let me. WHAT THE F GIVES BLUE MOUNTAIN????
