After several minutes I was told by a mechanical message that if I wished to keep holding press a number, which I did. After a total of * minutes of holding, a mechanical voice told me I had the option of continuing to hold or I could e-mail my inquiry. I chose the continuing to hold option but suddenly someone terminated the call.
