~canarysantafe:In March **** I instituted auto deduction from my bank to pay my BCBS bill, which I had been paying * months at a time (quarterly in advance) via paper check. Auto deduct payment on a monthly basis was to start April *.**BCBS did NOT notify me of any payment problem, but by April **, **** I realized that I had never gotten any confirmation by any means from anybody about my auto deduction. I had logged onto BCBS on April * and seen payments made, but now when I checked my BCBS account on April **, it showed zero for the previous payments! So I checked and saw my bank account had NOT been deducted to pay the BCBS bill. It was after hours, so I promptly went online and set up billing again for auto payment from my bank.**The next day I called because the BCBS payment website showed technical errors, then waited on line for over ** minutes. The rep checked and said the system is not taking auto payments for me -- in fact, it removed the prior quarterly payments. No idea why this is hap
