GetHuman20649:Horrible. called BCSC. Refused to send me a paper formulary. Refused to tell me which is the preferred pharmacy chain of BSBS. Really, not exaggerating. Absolutely refused.*Also apparently there is no place where a MEMBER of BCBS can talk to a PERSON face to face. Noplace. Every single question I have been referred to " go to our website", which of course requires, ah perhaps ** minutes or * hours to find what I am looking for, plus, it requires that I have a computer, a printer, and an internet connection - which all of course paid for by me. BCBS of MA has the worst customer service ever. Often takes me ** minutes on my phone, on my minutes to get to a person, and I have to listen to repeated taped messages that are irrelevant and consume more of my phone minutes that I pay for.
