~Moonlyte:This is the absolute least helpful situation I have ever experienced. This company goes out of its way to be as unhelpful as possible. When I could actually get a human being on the phone, two out of three of them told me that blizzard does not handle customer care anymore. They hung up immediately after. I am locked out of my account, and the website has rejected all of my attempts. I am out of options other than this company actually getting someone to do their job. If anyone is actually reading this, I would like blizzard to actually be what they claim to be, and help me slove this problem.
