~Denveuser：Tried to use blackbaud software to register for a nonprofit event in Colorado. Worst designed registration I've ever seen. Too many confusing initial choices, takes you to blackbaud's site without a way back to nonprofit site, no web site, contact or phone for non-profit site, a generic error message ( turns out it didn't like that I used same userid and password for *nd participant.). Wonder how much Blackbaud soaked the nonprofit fort is crummy thoughtless registration process! Unfortunately, many nonprofit tech departments overspend and are under delivered on whatever technology a big company like Blackbaud spews out .
