GetHuman-81062:The problem was not solved but it was agreed that I would ask my credit card company to dispute the charges. As it ended up*******the miscommunication was partially my fault as I didn't understand what was meant by the charge "falling off"*******which my credit card company explained to me. So*******all is well now except I had to talk with three Best Buy Representitives to learn nothing. It took quite a long time. But they did try.
