~viga26:Store **** customer services reps are hostile, unfriendly and lacking the ability to communicate with customers. The worst experience I have ever had with purchasing and subsequently trying to return an item. I am still trying to get a refund from the return of a defective computer. They issued me a store credit. I do not plan to shop again at a store that doesn't respect customers.I simply want my money which was paid in cash. My experience could not have been worse.
