I researched the code online and discovered it was a very common occurrence for ASUS laptops. Since the ASUS rep could not assist me, I took the laptop back to the Best Buy store in Roseville. They charged me an additional $*** to save my data and I then had to purchase a $* memory stick to save the data. The technician, Logan, told me it would take *-* weeks to get my computer back.
