~John E:Chat agent was fine, referred me to **** number. No resolution available. Purchased a collectors edition DVD set (valued at $***) and found Season * missing. Have returned to home in New Zealand where upon opening the packaging found that season * was missing - each season is presented in its own folio within a file box for the complete series. Best Buy not willing to ship replacement product or missing season to resolve - they asked if I could ship the incomplete product back (whiich I can for around $***) but Best Buy not willing to pay for shipping. No resolution offered. Seemed simple enough for them to ship the missing season to a local IN address, but no - could not do that either.
