~kathi wade:As I waited for the Geek Squad on hold for ** min. finally i got an answer. Asked my question and was told I needed the Geek Squad. Really, after I pushed the correct button I did not get where I needed to go. On hold again. Finally when I got a person. I asked my question. How do I get on my PC without always putting in my password. The reply. I don't know, I'm sure there is a way, but I don't know. So I asked my second question. I was asked if I wanted to do a survey, and other irrelevant questions. Told the female I needed to go to work can we take care of what I called about. More circles. I told her once again what I was calling about. She said "well if you don't have time" and hung up on me. Kathi Wade, Bend Oregon
