RUDE UBRUPT AND ONLY LOOKS AFTER THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS MONEY. * ***i have been with bendigo bank for only a short period of time and been a pensioner I am disgusted in the your **.** bank fees for not having the right amount of money in your account. Its a very high price to pay, i have already been charged ***.** in bank fees for dishourned payments. The reason this happened was beyond my control. I have spoken to the bank manager at berwick and I found her to be very rude and inconsiderate. When i opened up my account with her, she was also very rude and abrupt. I would like to make a formal complaint in regards to her customer service skills. She seems more concerned about trying to impress the comp
