~Dutchman:The technician(?) or customer service rep(?) spoke reasonable English, for the most part, but apparently did not understand English well as I had to repeat myself several times with the same information because he repeatedly got wrong on read-back (e.g. Belkin model number, and IF I was calling about a Belkin product - DUH!). When restating himself, he often changed what he said so that his response to the same question was not the same every time (he flip-flopped - sometimes more than just a couple of times). I said I would call back at a later time. I have not had to call Belkin in quite a while, but their support was NEVER like this in the past!
