After nearly an hour of talking with her she realized the problem was too complicated for her expertise and transferred me to her manager, who stayed with me on the phone for *.* more hours until the problem was solved, during which time he set up a *-way call with a tech from my ISP, Verizon. Through their communication and various tests they were able to isolate the problem, which turned out NOT to be my new Belkin router, but the dsl wiring to my modem. I have NEVER had customer service from any other company go to such lengths to take care of my needs - no matter how long it took! I had to write this review because most companies don't try this hard to please their customers. I'm sorry I cannot remember the Belkin tech's name to give him the credit he deserves.
