If I have a question about something and I dont need to check my balance, I have to enter all the numbers before asking a simple question. They should at least give you the option of saying the number, in case you cant text it. And if its something that needs to be fixed after the bank closes, they are no help. They just refer you to a bank manager, which you'll have to wait till the next day...what are they there for?
