~Marilyn Wright:the product may be just as great as i heard it was, but if you have a customer service issue like i have run into, it really doesn't matter how good the product is. I can barely understand your employees, and each one has told me a different story about the same thing. I am simply trying to get my refund back and as of today now it has been ** days when the *st cust. svc. rep told me it would take *-* days. The next * told me it would take *-* days. The next * told me it would take *-* days just to put in a request for the refund. I have lost my patience and confidence in this company and that is so sad because i have heard a lot of good things about it. But i will never have anything good to say because of the way i have been treated. I JUST WANT MY $**.** BACK!!!!!
