KEPT BEATING AROUND THE BUSH when I asked why I need to give card * for already paid subscription Said he needed to VERIFY the card ???? INSISTED it was my operating system interfering with program - something like $** a month or $*** year, they'd solve the problem IT WAS ALL ABOUT TRYING TO SELL ME TECH SUPPORT - for setting up the software I purchased from them!!!
