~Frustrated:I paid the $*** for the advanced technical support and the person who sold it to me said they would work with me until the problems was solved. I had some virus that prevented me from logging onto the internet. I was transferred to a rep who tried to help and said after my restore was complete (so neither of us had to stay on line & wait) call back if there is still a problem. The restore would not complete and gave an error message. I called back to get help and the rep told me he could not help me and I should not expect to be helped until I had internet service. I explained that the other rep tried to help me. He repeated he could not help me. I have been a customer for many years and now am I am thinking of switching.
