~Joan:I dialed the customer support number *-***-***-**** and received an immediate answer to dial either ***-***-**** or ***-***-****. I dialed both numbers and the reply was that these numbers are no longer in service. So, it is impossible to reach customer service. I bought the program, Drive Erase Professional. I tried to run it from the CD , but it asked to imput the serial number on the CD jacket, which I did. The program would not accept the serial number that was on the jacket, so the program is inoperative. What a waste of money and time.
