DO NOT ALLOW THEM VERBALLY AGREE to ANYTHING NO MATTER HOW MINUTE IT IS. PUT IT IN WRITING**Repairmen are inexperienced and never seem to be able to correct the problem* if brought to the attention of the supervisors " it's not my job." There are rodents within the walls of the apartments, they never addressed issues and many others like water leaks in apartments. The rules and policies do not apply to all only the privilege few.
