GetHuman-sgilmore：I purchased a car here less than * months ago and I have had to take this car back twice already. This car was supposedly certified and it was not. The brakes were shot on this car and this car also has the wrong tires on it causing it make a loud humming sound when I'm driving it. I have been trying to get this fixed and to no avail. Also, my car was locked in the service department for the entire weekend with my house key on the key chain and no one could do anything about it. I could not even get into my house. I need to speak to someone about this ASAP!!! This is unacceptable service from Autonation!
