On hold with account registration over ** minutes and hung up after no answer. ***. Wrote support ticket and got quick response from somebody with a new activation * for our product which did not work. Responded to email but no response. ***. Have been on chat for over * hours with no answer other than that they're busy.**I am about to leave for a * day weekend. I will leave the chat window open over the * days and see if I am still on hold on Monday. Horrible customer UNservice. That whole department must be just one person or something.
