~John:To begin with, I couldn't get to the English speaking support (Even though I pressed "*"). After trying twice I got connected to the Austrian speaking support where they in perfect English said they would transfer me to the English speaking support. I had to wait for * minutes before someone actually replied and the background music was horrible. **When someone finally replied we could barely understand each other. Sounded like someone with an Indian accent and it was really hard to communicate. *After I explained my problem she put me on hold and after waiting for * minutes (again with this horrible music) she hung up on me. **Had to call back to the Austrian speaking support and get re-transferred but after waiting for another ** minutes I just gave up. **Tried to contact them via their e-mail support and still no reply after * days. (Monday - Wednesday). On the contrary I get their newsletter which I un-marked in the registration. *O happy day.
