~tabi1978:ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY!! TIME TO CALL THE BBB BECAUSE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES!! I just recently had to transfer my electric from one home to another. First off, they never terminated my service from the old home (which I had to find out on my own)and then they sent me my new bill and included a $***.** security deposit. When I asked why (since I am a current customer) both Evan (Rep) and Frances (Supervisor) stated that if you do not have an EXCEPTIONAL payment history with them, they can allows charge another security. And that deposit is based on the average amount of usage at the new location (has nothing to do with you or your * previously late payments from **** while I was going to school!!)
