~mikenzinco:a hardware fix was to be sent to me this past april **,**** but did not get sent. it is now some four months later and after numerous emails, and phone calls, the last to this number i still get the same,"sorry but i am not able to help you, i will have to escalate this to another dept." this "escalation" has been done as of yesterday four times and i got an email today. it read, sorry your device is not working please contact our customer service dept. i have no problem with my tablet, they still don't get it. they owe me a part for my device so it can work properly. asus customer service is a waste imho
