As of today the phone stopped charging and I was told since it has been past the * day mark of when I received my replacement phone I would have to pay $*** for a new phone to be shipped. Of course we all pay this insurance to receive a "new" phone but they send "refurbished" phones with glitches. This is the case or I am extremely unlucky considering less than * months ago my fianc**** had to send his replacement phone back twice. The first had a defective charge port the second he couldn't be heard over the phone unless he used speaker phone. How about you give us what we pay for scumbags.
