~Brendaanderson:I would have liked to review actual phone service rather than the approval process. However, I applied for a phone in April by a customer representative outside the Walmart. I was told to call in * days if I had not received the phone. I called and was told that someone had used my address to get a phone and I was not contacted to verify that I had given them permission to use my address so that was fraudgilent on your part. *This process took * weeks, now I 'm told that I will be sent verification papers to mail back within *-** days*which will be an additional * weeks to verify that I, the homeowner can be approved for service. Before I talked with a customer rep today(*-*-**)I received three(*)applications instead of verification documents. What I believe is that this company needs qualified customer service reps who know what customer in customer service means and are dedicated to putting the customer first.
