GetHuman-261204:The wait time is outrageous but if you knew they were underpaid agents taking calls for five other banks plus AFB you would understand why. I got an agent named Kayla C who was great and stayed on the phone and made sure I could get in my online banking without a problem. I tried to speak to her supervisor and compliment her and she said the compliment made her day and she didn't want me to have to wait to speak to a supervisor. Greatest customer service I've received from anyone!
