The tracking number was invalid according to USPS, so I contacted ArchivMusic. ***They will only check with the warehouse if it is still missing after ** days and ignored my follow up email asking that they take some action now to find it. ***Our postal service advises me that the sooner a missing parcel starts to be tracked the more likely it is to be found. e.g. What if a consignment were languishing in the wrong country? Enquiries are how these things are picked up. ***Unhappy customer.
