~MLK:My mother needs Oxygen! Apria keeps cancelling her delivery and then saying it will be re-instated. It doesn't get re-instated. Then they lie about not having completed paperwork... and the process continues. Hours upon hours of calling and being on hold... by me, her Dr's office and other healthcare workers. Nobody can believe what's happening. Meanwhile my mother has no portable Oxygen* so she is home bound. Apria * PURE EVIL!
