Spoke with Francis, who stated I was billed for a cart monthly... problem, I own that cart! Not from Apria. No O* delivery monthly. No customer service. She actually disconnected the call. And not smart enough to do so when speaking! Looking for a new company as we speak. Praxair offered service, Apria does not.
