~bmkt:I called to re-set my I-Cloud password - no simple task! I was told that he could not re-set the password (even though I answered all sec. questions correctly). He said Apple would send me an email in ** hours, and I would have a *-hour window to use it to re-set the password. Next day..no email arrived. * more phone calls with long on-hold times...finally got to a tech who re-set my password while I was on the phone. How come the other * techs I talked to didn't know they could do this? What a hassle!! Apple's security set up the most customer unfriendly system I've ever seen. And they need to train their techs. A TRULY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
