~Apple Skeptic :Apple has many great products. I own several. Their customer service is horrible, the worst I've ever experienced. Long hold times and ridiculous policies. They locked me out of my I-tunes acct in the middle of purchasing music. The rescue site was crashed so I called. Despite answering * security questions, they would not reset my acct. without a ** hour wait. And then they give you a * hour window to respond or you have to start over. Just trying to buy I-tunes music. But NOOOOOOO! You would think I was attempting to break into Ft. Knox.
