Actually my company selected another provider this year and I have six claims that I submitted, on the proper forms, everything in order in November of ****, anthem came back and implied that perhaps I had an accident at work. I filled out that form and I have never heard from them again. I attempted to reach a live person today and apparently claims of this nature are being set aside. I am ill and the claims total $****.**. I paid my premiums and did what I was supposed to do. Anthem dropped the ball. Shame on you
