~UCStudent:Called this number to cancel my policy. The first associate picked up within *mins and I explained that I was canceling since I'm already with my school's health insurance (which is also anthem) so I didn't want to be paying for two separate insurances. I got transferred though, and I pressed * to go to the "explore more plan options" where another associate who was very friendly and helpful directed me to the correct department (I think it was called the anthem*health advising department) where a third associate who quickly helped me cancel my policy effective two days later! Thanks man!
