Emailed back and forth , sent emails, transaction numbers, photos of the transaction, anything and everything ...they kept asking for more information & never did give me my child's diamond package. No way to call them...not a single solution, they have the money and refuse to refund. Looser company*...imagine we let our children on this site...what would happen should there be a safety need of who is on line with them. Looser site...looser company.
