~rw4216：I love Amsoil products and my issue is with there customer service reps in particular Ashley. She is rude and flippant and oblivious to fact tht customer service usually listens more than talks over you. I ordered a bunch of Oil, ATF and Filters for my vehicles and other customers and the Audi filter is wrong one on site. Rather than listen she is dismissive and acts as if you are bothering her*them by calling to acknowledge their mistake. Such a shame because there Oil is great but customer service.. P. U
