I got through to someone ater * minutes who then promptly put me on hold again as she could not help me to get my seat assignments. I was not able to do this through the website and was instructed to call ***-***-****. How insulting that they just do not give a rats **** about their potential customers. They really do not deserve to be in business. I'd like to be locked in a room with either Doug Parker or Tom Horton so that we could discuss some of the finer points of customer service.
