I have been leaving the exact same message detailing flight number, description of the item, date I traveled, etc. After leaving the *th message, I called customer service to see if there was a different phone number. The agent was helpful and said, essentially, that if I leave a message someone will get back to me at some point. My particular issue was not solved, but the customer service was good! Thanks GetHuman for the help. And yes, don't answer any questions and wait to be connected. This is the only way you'll get through.
