~Elsie:I don't want to speak to an Indian call centre, I tried twice, some have attitudes, others one cannot understand & visa versa. I am an English speaking customer & I expect the same from Amazon. I'm really surprised, I would have thought they'd have learned from BT call centres in India. I am not racist , I'm not bothered if one human being is black white or sky blue pink, but I do expect that Amazon respect us enough to give us English speaking call centres. I had to change my bank because of this, it was a building society & the Indian call centres were selling information to others for small amount of monies. I may call back later but I'm not sure if I want the hassle of an Indian call centre, even though I am interested in prime, it may not be worth it.
