GetHuman-bobgray:I called the *** *** **** number about my newly bought TV Fire Stick* first got a man who spoke exceeding POOR English. He transferred me to a woman who spoken English almost as bad, then she could not help me because she said I did not have a number on the box - a number that did not exist. She also said that although sold as new it may have been one that had been sold and returned after the previous buyer who had enter information into the log-in for the Fire Stick. Her advice: return it to the place of purchase.
