She looked up my return info and immediately said I had called the wrong dept, that I had to call the wish list and registry dept instead of returns. I wanted to return an item from my registry. Got put on hold for like * minutes but the guy who helped me later was very nice and although he didn't answer all of my questions, he immediately followed up with an email to me like he said.
